Well said. Raising donations is not enough, nor is it the most important, in the sense that beyond sending some aid, it won't put any pressure on ppl in power to put a stop to the genocide.
At its core, the issue of Palestine is a political one, requiring a political solution. The humanitarian disaster exists because of the political situation—the occupation of Palestine. Ignoring that, or undermining that through different avenues of marginalization of the Palestinian cause, and raising funds for food aid, is like putting a bandage on the problem.
